After a couple of phone calls from the lovely staff in Auckland and Hamilton, I was able to pick two of the items up in person, they even offered to personally deliver, and one item was mailed being the poster. All three items are now on their way to England for my daughters birthday. I didn't think great service like that still existed, so thank you.
