A4 Matt & Foamboard - Just Breathe

I can’t ignore the pandemic. It has changed our lives, exposing us to additional stresses. Just Breathe was a tool I used frequently to deal with challenges that faced my family and me. I’ll always remember one of my favourite Scottish yoga instructors would say, “just breathe, it’s free!” The Tui is looking out of the window into the distance, with hydrangeas surrounding it, the aim being to create a sense of calm.
