Shipping & Delivery
We will dispatch your order as soon as we receive your payment. We will inform you for each step.
- A $6.00 Flat Rate Delivery Fee per order for all purchases under $100.00 (Auckland base, up to 20kg, 1-2 day service).
- Free shipping within Auckland Area for retail customers order above $100.00 (No P.O.Box)
- North Island - $14.00 (up to 10kg, 1-2 days service)
- South Island - $17.00 (up to 5kg, 2-3 days service)
- Rural Area - $5.00 extra
- Pick up at Gecko Titirangi Shop (No extra charge)
* Above delivery price doesn't include weekend delivery and public holiday service. No P.O.Box delivery. For certain items, may take up to 3 weeks to order. In these instances, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Please note: Please ensure that you provide a complete delivery address at the time of placing your order. If you have provided incorrect or incomplete shipping details and the parcel is returned to us, extra shipping costs will be incurred to re-send your order.
Privacy & Security
It is our intent to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you. Any information that we collect from you is kept protected and is never disclosed to third parties. Such information is only used to identify your orders and to further personalise and improve your shopping experience with us.
Returns & Replacements
For change your mind products, we offer a 7-day exchange period, provided that the following criteria are met:
- You email us at email@example.com within 7 days from receiving your goods to obtain a return authority
- We receive the item within 3 business days from advising your return authority number
- The item is in resalable condition (i.e. the original tags and labels are still attached, the packaging is intact and undamaged, and the item is unworn, unused and as sold)
If you have requested a refund for your online order, we will notify you via email once your refund has been processed. If you would like to exchange an item with equal value, please inform us of the product name that you would prefer. The item from the original order will first be returned and a new order containing the exchanged item will be processed. Any discounts received will be carried over in an exchange. We will notify you via email once your exchange has been processed.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Please note all prices quoted on Gecko in the village are in New Zealand Dollars and GST included. Payment can be made using PayPal and online bank transfer if preferred. The total cost of the amount charged to your card will be the price of the goods at the time the order is placed plus any applicable shipping fee. Our bank account: ANZ 01-0161-0318060-46 Gecko in the village. Once we receive your payment, we will dispatch your order asap.
Cancellation of Orders
Gecko in the village reserves the right to cancel, at any time before delivery and for whatever reason, an Order that it has previously accepted. Gecko in the village may do this for example, but without limitation, where::
- Gecko in the village’s suppliers are unable to supply Goods that they have previously promised to supply;
- An event beyond Gecko in the village’s control, such as storm, fire, flood, earthquake, terrorism, power failure, war, strike or failure of computer systems, means that Gecko in the village is unable to supply the Goods within a reasonable time;
- Goods ordered were subject to an error on the Website, for example, in relation to a description, price or image, which was not discovered prior to the Order being accepted;
