Soft Toy - Kip the Kea

Kip the Kea is bright, bold and certain that every mountain path is hiding something worth finding. One morning he spots a flash beneath a fern and calls Koko the Kiwi over to investigate. Koko wants to look carefully, while Kip is already imagining buried treasure. Tahi the Tūī sings directions from a branch above, and steady Tess the Takahē keeps the excited explorers from wandering too far. The treasure turns out to be a rain-brightened stone, but Kip is not disappointed. He carries it home as proof that an ordinary walk can become an adventure when curious friends explore together.
