I've been a creative of many forms ever since I can remember. I never studied art however, learnt many different techniques over the years & discovered my passion for painting. I'm a self taught artist & sold my first piece of art in 2003 and I've never looked back.

My styles have varied over the years, going from Kiwiana to abstract style work to painting realistic flowers & birds. My passion for floral art ever since I was a child now has come to life as an everlasting piece of art. I describe my art as expressions of the beauty of nature with a touch of contemporary freshness & imagination where the foreground, the background, the subject & light take on substance & form. I love to paint, it feeds the soul & creating art is a form of relaxation & meditation. It sends me on an emotional creative journey of satisfaction.

My ambition is for the viewer to be in awe when they first look at my art & make an instant connection. As I complete a piece of art, I already have another idea in my mind waiting to go. .
