We will dispatch your order as soon as we receive your payment. We will inform you for each step.

• A $6.00 Flat Rate Delivery Fee per order for all purchases under $150.00 (Auckland base, up to 20kg, 1-2 day service).
• North Island - $10.00 (up to 10kg, 1-2 days service)
• South Island - $14.00 (up to 5kg, 2-3 days service)
• Rural Area - $4.00 extra
• Pick up at Gecko Titirangi store, Glenfield Mall store, or Silverdale Mall store (No extra charge)

 * Above delivery price doesn't include weekend delivery and public holiday service. No P.O.Box delivery. For certain items, may take up to 3 weeks to order. In these instances, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Please note: Please ensure that you provide a complete delivery address at the time of placing your order. If you have provided incorrect or incomplete shipping details and the parcel is returned to us, extra shipping costs will be incurred to re-send your order.
