NZ Art Deco Tealight House

The distinctive architecture of the Art Deco era is surprisingly in tune with modern aesthetics. The art deco or 'moderne' style appeared in New Zealand in the 1930s and marked a significant departure from the villas and bungalows. The style features unique shape and detail with luxe finishes, and generous spaces that captured a feeling of elegance and sophistication.

The classic art deco façade of our new porcelain tealight house will captivate lovers of this era of architecture, with its curved walls, geometric decorative detail and a rounded bay window.

The Art Deco Light House is our 4th Design in this series. Made from unglazed porcelain and comes in 2 parts, a candle plate and a lift-off house. Simply place a tealight candle or battery tealight candle on the base and place the house back on top.
